White House Deputy Press Secretary Hogan Gidley Tuesday ripped into Reps. Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar after their press conference where they demanded action from Congress for being blocked from entering Israel and for questioning aid to the key U.S. ally.
“Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar are the face of the Democratic Party, and their anti-Semitic comments, their anti-Semitic social media posts, their anti-Semitic relationships should be condemned at all levels,” Gidley told Fox News’ “America’s Newsroom.” “They are the face not only of the Democratic Party but the BDS (Boycott, Divestment, Sanction) movement which is designed by terrorists for terrorists for the annihilation of Israel and for people.”
He went on to call their behavior “disgusting” and pointed out that they did not call for the end fo aid to Saudi Arabia, Egypt, but anywhere else but Israel “the strongest ally in the region.”
“Democrats at all levels, whether it is Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer or the myriad of candidates running for president of the United States have to join together and condemn this type of hatred toward Israel,” Gidley said. full story
